Elodie Barnes is a writer and editor based between North East England and North Wales. Her often-surreal writing is born at the edges of nature, memory, trauma and the body, and is published regularly in online and print journals. She has been featured in the Best Small Fictions 2022 anthology, and is the winner of the Pigeon Review Flash Fiction Competition 2023.
Elodie is also Books and Creative Writing editor at Lucy Writers Platform, and is a co-facilitator of What the Water Gave Us, an Arts Council England funded anthology project for emerging women writers from migrant backgrounds, in collaboration with Lucy Writers, Lucy Cavendish College Cambridge, The Ruppin Agency, and Takeaway Press.
